What to tell us
- Pipe outside diameter and wall material. Measured, not from a drawing, if you can. Note any lining.
- The fluid and its approximate temperature. If it is a glycol mix, the concentration.
- What you are trying to establish. A flow figure, a thermal load, a comparison against another meter — this changes which unit we send.
- Destination ZIP and the date you need it on site.

Support during the rental
Rental support is included. If the meter is not reading well on site, call while you are still standing at the pipe. Most problems are configuration and are solvable in a few minutes, and the diagnostics on both units will usually tell us what is wrong.
