What we collect

If you contact us by phone or email, we hold the contact details and the technical information you give us about your application, so we can quote and fulfil a rental. This site does not use tracking cookies and does not carry advertising.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry, supply and administer a rental, and follow up on that rental. We do not sell contact information and we do not pass it to third parties except where necessary to ship equipment to you.

Data logged on rental meters

Meters returned to us are reconfigured for the next rental, which clears stored logs. Download your data before returning the unit. We do not retain, review or share measurement data left on a returned instrument.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, including IP address, user agent and pages requested. These are used for security and diagnostics.

Your choices

To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email sales@seztec.us.
